If you mouse over a country it tells you what country it is and the percentage of votes for each candidate.

Cuba is a bit of a mystery to me, too. Actually, the pink one in the Balkans is Macedonia, and Iraq is solid red.
Bear in mind that this is not at all scientific; votes are cast by registered readers of the online edition of the Economist. So for instance, I'd guess that the votes from Iraq are largely from US contractors and military personnel who happen to be voting from Iraq.
Interestingly enough, they show about 85% of the Afghanistan votes for Obama. I think this probably reflects the way Bush largely abandoned the country and left it in chaos, whereas in Iraq there's oil to be pumped and money to be had.
