Fresh start on Strattera

This is my second day on Strattera and so far it's been odd.

I went to the doctor 3 days ago because of an allergic reaction. While I was there I told him I believed I was ADD (it runs in my family). After giving me an Rx for a steroid (for the allergic swelling), he gave me 2 months worth of 60mg Strattera.

I've been on it two days now, along with the steroids and feel terrible. I was on Effexor (150 mg) and the new meds with additional withdrawal effects from the Effexor are making me feel ill. I'm tired constantly, dizzy, headache, etc.

I'm hoping this goes away, but I'm wondering what I should expect after I'm off the steroids and sans Effexor withdrawal. When should I see a change? What kind of side-effects should I expect?
