sounds like you have been through the ringer...
I have constant inner ear infections and problems (dizziness. etc)
The sensations your are experiencing sound like TIA's or mini seizures.....
do you get migranes?
I'm not a Dr. so I probably should leave this to the experts...but your symptoms interest me.

Have you tried acupuncture?
it works on the nerves and energy lines.
