I'm interested in this combination too. Some relevant issues:

* Is the MAO-A inhibition reversible or irreversible? If it is irreversible, I'd be afraid that the MAO-A inhibition would slowly build up (without dose increase) to the point of serotonin syndrome.

* AFAIR, oral bioavailability is low and has considerable variance (correct me if I'm wrong). Isn't this a problem with regards to the low safety margin when using together with SSRIs?
