Maybe. Maybe not. There is no way to predict. No one even knows if dopamine is your problem. It probably makes sense, but there is no way to know. Dopamine enhancement makes some people worse, some people better, and no effect for others. While most believe wellbutrin acts in some way on dopamine, no one really knows how it works.
You could go to askapatient.com and read testimonials of other people about wellbutrin. I believe it scored a 3.6 on a 5.0 scale, which is about the same as most other antidepressants. Whether it is right for you or not, and whether you testimony will be a good one or a bad one, is not known and not predicable. Regardless of what you think or read, do what your doctor says and see where it goes. Then you can evaluate.
