Sometimes ibuprofen helps me a lot, sometimes a little. That tells me that there must be an inflammation component to the mood problems. Relive the inflammation, mood improves. No doubt, a brain with some inflammation probably feels like depression.
Then the next question is, where is the inflammation coming from? I'm just saying, if someone's mood is improved on ibuprofen, that is a strong clue to pay attention to. IMO
