Oh how I envy you and the running used to run a lot best you can do is wear extra pair of socks and add cushions to really good running shoes to prevent extra stress on the joints. Was told glucosamine is good but chondrontin molecule too large to enter. Not sure if this is true or not. I wish I could still run nothing like that runner's high. I absolutely loved it enjoy!!!!
