In the past year or so, I've stopped taking very good care of myself. I've gained A LOT of weight, and I'm not at all physically fit any more. Weight comes off a lot more slowly than it used to, so I think I'm going to have to be patient. I know I'll need to exercise everyday. I'm not sure how I'm going to find the motivation to do this. I also want to start drinking more water. I find I forget. What are you doing right now to keep weight off and stay in shape?
