It could be serious. There are several "levels" of Scleroderma. If you have been doing a lot of searching, I'm sure you already know that. You really need to talk to a top notch rheumatologist. And if there isn't one you like where you live, go to one in the next largest city.
What do you mean it is on your list? Is this just one of the many things it could be? Did you have a positive ANA test? It can be hard to diagnose and is not that common.
