You're off to a good start having had the blood tests done and finding out that not only are you low in Estrogen and Progesterone, but also Vitamin D. Having virtually no Vitamin D could be the root of your problem, actually. There was a thread here a number of months ago started by someone who was Vitamin D deficient and, if I am remembering right, was suffering from fatigue and depression. Correcting that problem could make a huge difference in your mood and energy.
I hope you find some relief soon.
> I have not felt well in a long time. I am always so tired and can't remember anythingl It's so hard to live like that with each day being just as bad as the last. I do take some psychiatric meds. One is an antidepressant. I take Vitamin B supplements for that. I had massive blood work done a couple of weeks ago. The only 2 things that they could come up with was virtually no vitamin D in my system so she put me on Vitamin d supplements. Also my Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol and Progesterone are low. She wants to put me on a Progesterone supplement. It is something that I have to get from a special compounding pharmacy.

My psychiatrist reminds me that my problems...the ones I still have trouble with... came before the psych meds that I am on currently. So I took myself to an MD that also uses homeopathic remedies. I feel like I'm going to a witch doctor now.

More to the point, have any of you done any of these things with any success? I am desperate to get my mind back and my energy too but I don't want to pay for "snake oil" just because I want some kind of hope...
