Dinah l0 to l you have some sort of low grade sinus infection. Merri an internist is a step above a GP. They deal in all aspects of medicine less apt to refer you to lets says a gastroenterologist if you have stomach problems. But I think it deserves a google as you have me thnking now. Love Phillipa
