Oh I hope it's not mono! i know that when my husband had it, the doc said to avoid any strenous exercise; it could worsen the symptoms and could put you at risk of rupturing your spleen. I know you shouldn't work out when you have a fever. I'd think a walk around the block or something low stress would be ok.
But what do I know?
Maybe just ask your doc?
I wouldn't *want* to work out with a sinus infection, that's for sure!
