Oh I hope it's not mono! i know that when my husband had it, the doc said to avoid any strenous exercise; it could worsen the symptoms and could put you at risk of rupturing your spleen. I know you shouldn't work out when you have a fever. I'd think a walk around the block or something low stress would be ok.
But what do I know?
Maybe just ask your doc?
I wouldn't *want* to work out with a sinus infection, that's for sure!Hope you feel better.
>>>>>I went to the doctor last week with a sinus infection. He prescribed me meds and told me to come back Monday (tomorrow) if I still didn't feel 100% and he'd test me for mono. I had a fever and swollen lymph nodes in my neck.

However, I know that you're supposed to get plenty of rest if you have it. What is the danger of working out tomorrow night potentially having mono?
