Me too.

I have IBS, lactose intolerance, as well as have physically delapidated lower abdominal organs, so really understand.

Magnesium has helped and I recently came to understand that I needed to be sure and take calcium w/ it. I believe 2 parts calcium, to 1 part magnesium (I have citrate and I like one w/ silica to help digestion. I take two 300mgs a day.)

A lot of meds like Be*no, Imo*ium, and the anti-lactose pills can be constipating and in the long run, they exacerbate the prob'.

I'll be interested to see what 'more medically knowledgable' babblers advice I hope you receive.
