I have had Lyme ELISA studies before (they've come back negative) but never been treated (as an aside, my constellation of neuropsychiatric symptoms do seem like Lyme's, but they've been with me far longer than this rash has). Anyone have any advice?

The ELISA test is not perfect. I repeat. The ELISA test is not perfect. It can give a false negative. It assumes the specific antigen your body will make. Yours could differ. We are *not* all the same.

If you do have chronic Lyme's, then you very likely face some heavy duty antibiotic therapies. There are a lot of people who know all the details. I'm sure you can google that stuff up. I bet that link I just gave is a good starting point.
