Osteoarthritis can be diagnosed with a X Ray to the degree if one can see joint degenerative changes on the X Ray. OA, as the “wear and tear” type of arthritis, will sometimes show as a wearing within the joint and sometimes, bone spurring. Given your age, unless you have an injury to a joint that might have caused OA… you’re a bit young for the OA form. RA could be a possibility but pain would be a hallmark and primary symptom.
