UVA, UVB, regular car tinted windows

I have a few questions if anyone knows the answers. I'll just list them for simplicity:

1. UVA vs UVB light: Which causes what in terms of sunburn, premature aging and skin cancer?

2. Do regular (ie non-tinted) car windows protect against UVA or UVB?

3. How about tinted car windows?
