a good michigan neurologist

I am looking for a good neurologist in Michigan who is patient and can deal with more than one issue at a time, such as:

Back Pain
Hand Numbness
Sleep Disorder
ADHD

Neurologists have training in each of these conditions, but so far each one I've looked into seems to only want to handle a single, or perhaps two diagnoses maximum. (I'm in the Bay City area but would be willing to drive to see a competent neuro that would to take the time to address each of these problems individually).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
