Have you considered seeing an allergist? They can do a panel of tests and determine exactly what you're allergic to. They can test you for all the trees and shrubs that live in your area, as well as cat/dog, and lots of foods. At least you'd know.

I have a LOT of allergies, so I'm very sympathetic to you. I hope it turns out to be a cold or something that will go away.
