Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone. It's expensive, but it's also a known treatment for fibro. It's critical for gum health, for some reason. Some people respond well to it. And vitamin C. Cheap Cheap Cheap, vitamin C. You can get it at bulk shops, because they use it in jelly making and such. Ascorbic acid. 2000 mg/day might make a big difference.
