I could find only one article in PubMed about B-12 and lupus or fibromyalgia, and it was a series of case studies about something called "Myers' cocktail" (intravenous nutrient therapy) published in an alternative health journal. No actual clinical studies.

Why are you getting injections? Can't you take it orally?
