Is There A Stomach Virus Going Around?

All of a sudden I was sitting here in my chair babbling and first a headache, then feeling like I need to burp and can't then feel gassy. Been in a lot of crowds and doctors offices lately. Is there a stomach virus going around. Or could the horrible stress of the last few days do this? Thanks, Fondly, Phillipa
