concussion?

Folks,

I'm freaking out that I may have suffered a concussion during one of my drinking bouts. I was blacked out, so I don't know. I'm just worried that maybe I passed out.

Would damage from this be permanent? Would I have felt a bruise on my head if a bump had occurred? There were no scratches and only a minor soreness on the right-hand side that went away quickly.

I'm concerned that I may have done permanent damage to my brain because I've been feeling spaced-out and more tired than usual. Do I sound like I'm being ridiculous?
