Beta Blockers for anxiety related breathlessness

Posted by xxFriskykittyxxUk on October 19, 2005, at 18:35:47

Hi i have just come off of celexa after tryin it for 9 weeks and finally deciding it wasnt helping my symptoms of being short of breath. My doc has prescribed me beta blockers that im due to start monday morning, to try to slow my heart down a tad as it tends to be beating pretty fast during certain situations, idea is this should hopefully settle the breathing difficulties.
Im jus curious has anybody else used beta blockers before? if so could u give me an insight into what they make you feel like? And did they help you? cheers all kitty x
