I haven't had any of these tests done, but I've wanted to for a while now... just haven't gotten around to it cuz its somewhat costly and I'm somewhat lazy. Check out this page, too for candida:

For other pathogens, your doctor can run tests for giardia for example, but you might have to push him a little and maybe even switch docs a few times. Unfortunately, some pathogens don't show up on the first test. There's this one pathogen called D. Fragilis, where I've heard of people getting 10 of the exact same test until they finally found it.
