accidentally swallowed ajax?

Folks,
This morning I was cleaning with Ajax (with bleech), using a small hand-held sponge. I then, without washing my hand, opened and removed from their contains some of my daily vitamins, and washed them down with some water. Is it possible I could get neurological damage if the Ajax on my hand had come in contact with the pills before I swallowed them?
Sounds like I'm overreacting, but ...
