I need some healthy habits.
Physically I have been deteriorating because of:
1-leaving grad school
2-working, working, working with lots of anxiety
3-eating crap!
4-being so far away from the gym at school and so tired
5-maybe the meds?
6-just letting my exercise habits go
7-lots of anxiety, food is so comforting
Well anyway I have to make some changes, realistic, semi-comfortable ones, any ideas??
