Doesn't matter. Some people do it at the top, some at the bottom. Some intersperse it through the post in answer to specific questions or comments.You could very easily have mold growing in the area above your ceiling. (I live on the Gulf Coast and after Hurrican Ivan, my house had to be more or less torn apart and walls replaced because of mold because of flooding. It wasn't visible from the outside of the wall but it had gotten wet inside the walls and mold was growing.) I don't know if there *is* an inexpensive way to check. Do you own the condo or rent? If you rent, I'd complain to the owner and ask to have a mold inspection done. Mold can be very bad for you in a lot of ways besides nasal congestion.
I also get some degree of nasal congestion from Effexor and also from Prozac. So it really could be that. Although if your eyes feel scratchy too and you're sneezing and/or coughing, it's probably allergy. Making a warm saline solution and sucking it up your nose helps somewhat.
