Nutrasweet is aspartame. I think it also carries a phenylalanine warning, to protect those with the genetic disorder PKU from exposure.

Regular soda is not necessarily safe, either, though. Regular is sweetened with a fructose/glucose syrup, and fructose intake is very strongly correlated to obesity.
