The FDA permits medically authorized importation of agents which treat disorders for which no FDA-approved treatment already exists. This drug qualifies, AFAIK.

If your doctor imports a drug for your treatment, that is the best possible route. Second best would be a letter from your doctor, to accompany the drug during shipment.
