It's mainly the triglycerides, which are tied to the sugar. She had to take me off Lipitor because something or another was elevated, but was about to put me on something else when I begged for another chance.
I don't mind the fish oil. I just forget to take it, because it's not with my other medicines. I'll have to remember to get a larger pill box (am I getting old or what) and put the fish oil capsules and the baby aspirin in that.
And diet and exercise. (scowl)
And probably substitute Topamax for Depakote, at least for a trial, because I think the increased Depakote is making me gain weight.
A sorry state of affairs for someone who thinks less is more in the way of medications.
