Please let us know if this is ok with you. You have many requests, and I cannot think of another way than to get all of your question together for you. I hope everyone will use this to make things easier, and save you some time.
I have yet, another question (you knew it was coming) Here goes: My daughter is taking Topamax, Wellbutrin, and Adderall for bipolar II. As I stated before, not much has changed for her and was getting some great advice from you. My mother told me last week, that my dad's sister, brother, and his brother's two daughters have thyroid trouble and are taking medication. My father has been on thyroid medication for 20 years, and my brother has been taking medication for his thyroid for two years. How does that sound to you? My daughter had her thyroid tested (MP3, MP4?) and it was normal. Do you think it is possible that she could still have something wrong anyway? Her weight won't budge despite any diets, and the combination of meds really won't help the up and down of the bipolar type behavior. Her psychologist thinks that there may be something to this, and wants me to bring it up to the psychiatrist. I don't know it he will try giving her a thyriod med. I have a strange hunch, this isn't right. Six people on my fathers side of the family? I have no problems right now, but I'm waiting for something to come up someday, now. Have you thought about changing your major? Double major? I feel very blessed to have stumbled onto this page and found such a helpful person such as yourself! -L
