It turns out I was sick after all, but I had no idea, umm duh lol
Im on antibiotics now, my doc is pretty sure the blood is a result of a cough and strepthroat, my throat is in pretty bad condition. I dont know how I didnt know I was sick? I just thought I was tired. That was very scary!
