Low Blood Pressure

This is really bugging me.. I often experience dizzy spells, and have terrible lethergy, and I have a tendency to low blood pressure. My last reading (last week) was 79/59 and that includes the white coat syndrome that raises it.
So any ideas om ow to raise it??
I'm also wondering if its causing any of my nausea / stomach problems, or my swollen feet and ankles.. Anyone know if that is likely?
