..and please don't shout at me! Was eating lots of fish, eggs, cheese, nuts, veggies, oils, BUT NO HIGH-CARB FOODS.
Discovered I can eat copious amounts of nuts without ballooning, as long as I'm not eating bread, rice, chips etc.
The more you try to supress your appetite, the bigger it will get, until you start feeding your body. It worked for me, and for the first time in my life I am not obsessing about food. And I have gone through anorexia and bulimia and come out the other side through doing this.
HOwever still obsessing about beer, but that is another story.
