Exercise would bring on a cold and empty feeling, i hated it. But keep one thing in mind, it takes about six weeks for any REAL physiological changes to take place, so if you just started (did you?), maybe that could be it. Also, finding the right program for yourself it very important. oh yeah, my head would hurt too, like my brain could not handle the increased activity, like it was way too much. But now, i definetly get a benefit. I really hope that you can find somthing that works. Good luck

I just started back up...I exercised a year previous to this and stopped because the ssri's took took a way any motivation I once had.. I never had this problem before..only when starting back up..
