iHerb.com has it. They're wonderful to deal with - great prices and fast delivery too. I've used them for quite a while now. (Quite a few others on these boards use them as well.)

One word of advice: be specific and type in "magnesium citrate" or "magnesium maleate" rather than just "magnesium" when you do your search though. Otherwise, you'll be searching through far too many calcium/magnesium products.
