Snacks - get some dried fruit you like (apricots, raisins, maybe something CHOCOLATE coated so you get the satisfaction and the good stuff too). Or try keeping breakfast bars handy. Mickey Dee's is a bad place for us, cross the street or roll up your windows!!
As for exercise, I wish I knew how to get motivated. Even growing out of my clothes didn't make me move. I think I need a babysitter...
