Can anyone relate to these symptoms?

I think these are all ptsd/major depression/dissociation symptoms, which I am currently suffering.
- shake violently when I see and hear lightening and thunder
- can't remember words or even how to spell
- have tremors all over all the time
- get dizzy a lot
- feel like my body weighs a ton (no energy)
- headaches and body stiffness ever day
- spacing out
- unpredictable emotions
I take meds, (lexapro, buspar, topamax, serquel) but it seems like that's just not enough. Can anyone relate to these feelings?
