I definitly feel better when exercising. I am on Effexor, and there is something to be said for combining a healthy diet, exercise and medication. Especially in terms of giving me energy. Last week I did not work out so I could get rid of this horrible broncitis(sp?). I noticed that I was a bit "edgier" and impatient by the end of the week. I missed the "natural high" of endorfins. :)
