This is really interesting.

I hope we start to see discussion (maybe a separate forum?) for people who are using both medication and talking therapy, together.

It could define a whole new kind of medical practice/office/business model -- where the therapist and psychiatrist would actually work together closely, routinely, rather than referring patients to one another while more or less treating independently.

The real difficulty would be getting the insurance business to focus on outcomes instead of considering treatment as the inverse of profitability.
