you don't just sit there and wait for your enemy them come, you do fight back - turning the other means you would get beat to death, and you would allow it. Doing and being filled with hate, and rage, may be a diffrent story. Being in hateful rage all the time, that's a sin. You've let evil come into your body, and it turns excessive hate and rage.
