I have my doubts that your crisis is exclusively spiritual.

Have any of your doctors ever suggested to you that you have bipolar disorder or schizoaffective disorder? Bipolar disorder and ADHD often co-occur.

Have stimulants made your spiritual conflicts worse? Quite often, symptoms similar to bipolar disorder can occur transiently when people discontinue certain drugs of abuse, including alcohol.
