That's an interesting perspective, Lou ... not that God set up a perfect place, the Garden, and then we went and blew it, and have totally mucked up the world...and then God's been working hard to get us back into the Garden-perfection.
I see that God called the Garden "very good", but not perfect (the perfect was yet to come...).
I see that the Lamb was slain from before the foundation of the world, so the Lamb was always Plan A, and so Adam and Eve *had* to fall, to "turn" ... there had to be a choice ... there had to be something to teach "all of creation" ... that the love of God is THE most powerful force in all the universe -- more powerful even than fear (which is the second most powerful force).
At least, that's as I'm seeing it, at this stage of my journey...
