There's a mantra I've run across recently that might be the kind of thing you are looking for.

God and me
me and God
are one

The recorded version I have has the last word of each line held longer. Roughly it's "God and" as eighth notes, "me" is held for three beats (assume 4/4 measure). Same for "me and God", holding "God" for three beats. Then "are" is a quarter note and one" is held for three. If I remember correctly, they are all the same note.

I hope this makes sense, and I hope it helps.
