Hello Spector,

I plan to answer your email back soon. I have been very busy with school. I have been giving mid-term exams and averaging grades. I have also had meetings at school in the evening.

I really mean what I said. When I fast, I do not go without eating totally. I can't. I usually fast one meal and stay away from some food that I really love.

For instance - coca cola. I was always drinking coke. I like the fast set forth in Isaiah. If I go totally without eating, my blood sugar levels will go crazy.

I also have my prayer partner praying for you too.
