I just wanted to share this website. It helped me about 4-6? years ago when I was going through a very difficult time with life and meds. I just finished reading all of Spriggy's blogs. Feel like I know her and now I am going to church realizing that the person next to me, behind me, in front of me, etc. may be suffering anonymously as much or more than I am. Blessings to all.
