> LouInternal conflictedness is likely to be our peril if only for a moment, a day, several months, a year, a decade, or even a lifetime. internal conflictedness is earmarked by seemingly unresolvable issues, with at least one issue inexorably (seemingly) tied to "family-of-origin" issues and family-enmeshement (codependency). The family-enmeshement issues are the most likely to "highjack" and/or "blackmail" our sensibilities. We act counter-intuitively and suffer the consequences by for the sake of the family, such as it is.
