Hi carry,

You mentioned you have a therapist. Do you also have a psychiatrist? Are you on any medications for the voices?

I believe that God hears your prayers, even if you can't concentrate enough to organize them yourself. Even if your prayer is just a quick "Help!". I also believe that He gave humans the ability to develop medications that can help us help ourselves.
