Darn, and I had thought I had purged anything to which anyone could possibly take exception out of my favorite hymns. :) I hadn't considered the darkness vs. light angle. However, I will gladly state that I am rather fond of darkness. My glasses are tinted, and I have those eyeshades to wear when I rest or sleep. Darkness is cool and soothing. So I meant no implied or express denigration of darkness, or preference of light over darkness.
