Hi Daisy,
Please let me know how the journaling works. I'm sorry that you're feeling like a blob. Deep down I know living in the future isn't mentally healthy, but my present is so depressing right now that I don't want to dwell in the here and now and definitely not the past. Sigh. Big sigh.
